Monochrome Monday
My daughter and I took a walk at Sholan Farms over the weekend. While walking we kept on hearing these snapping sounds. When we came up to the apple orchard we found out the source of the sounds. A farmer was pruning the apple trees. Pictured here is the neat piles he was creating.

An unusual Monochrome very interesting. We’re not used to watch orchards in B&W.
Il ove how the snow has fallen from left to right, creating something as shadows on the ground. Great post. Almost true colors.

My uncle used to live in Leominster in Herefordshire in England. It’s pronounced Lemster; how do you pronounce yours?

@Dina ~ I was surprised about pruning in the winter as well. But what do I know, I deal with computers, photography and music. They looked like they knew what they were doing and the apples are sure tasty in the fall.
@Liz ~ We pronounce it a little differently. It is pronounced LEM-IN-STAH
